Mixproportion

Light: White cracking paste70-100% + Clear cracking paste 0-30% + pigment % + fixing agent2%

Deep: White cracking paste20-30% + Clear cracking paste 70-80% + pigment % + fixing agent2%

Printing process

ng with clear cracking paste ( for underbase) for 1-2times

with white cracking paste, clear cracking paste, pigment,fixing agent and stirring them evenly.

ng again for 2-3 times (3-4 scrapes per time).

the paste surface with cold air, it will be cracked byitself after it’s dry.

pressing the printing for about 5 seconds with150℃to make it betteradhesion.

Attentions

screen is suggested for the best effect (print for 1 timeonly). If with thin screen, please printing for 2-3times, and blow the paste surface with cold air to dry it fast andre-printing before it’s cracked.

take the fabric up after it’s completely cracked, otherwiseit’s won’t be cracked naturally.

clear andthinner thepaste is , thinner the crackis.

pigment can not be exceeded in 12%, otherwise it''ll be easilyfaded.

调配比例

印浅色:龟裂白胶浆70-100% +龟裂透明浆0-30%+ 色浆?% + 固化剂2%

印深色:龟裂白胶浆20-30% + 龟裂透明浆70-80%+ 色浆?% + 固化剂2%

工艺流程

1.丝网选用80-100目,用丝印硬方刀75度刮印,先用龟裂打底透明浆打底印1-2次,第一板用力刮4-6刀

2.将龟裂白胶浆,透明浆,色浆,固化剂搅拌均匀印2-3次(每次刮3-4刀)

3.自燃干燥爆裂

4.起布

注意事项

1.印裂纹浆必须先打底才能保证水洗牢度

2.若胶浆印前太稠可加水,切勿加固浆以免影响裂纹效果

3.建议晒厚网印龟裂浆,一次印够色为最佳.若用薄网印刷,请用冷风吹浆层的表面,在浆层还没有裂开之前返印.(裂纹的大小与多少可以在龟裂白和龟裂透明的互配比例和印出来的浆层厚薄控制,龟裂透明比例越多和印出来的浆层越薄它的裂纹就越细,反之它的裂纹越粗
