In order to improve the grinding ability, the above formula wouldbe changed simultaneously due to the difference of grinding aids.湿式球磨机对物料的粉碎主要靠研磨而不是冲击。因此,建议球石的大小比例为大球20%、中球30%、小球的50%作为初始配比。可达到良好的研磨效果。在实际使用过程中还要根据被研磨物料的粒度、球磨机的大小、转速等因素作适当调整,就能保证最佳的研磨效果与粒度分布。
Wet ball mill smashes materials mainly through grinding instead ofimpacting.
