镁铬砖

镁铬砖是以优质的镁砂和铬精矿配制而成。产品热稳定性和高温性能好,主要应用于电炉炉顶、炉外精炼炉以及各种有色金属冶炼炉。此外,镁铬砖还用在水泥回转窑烧成带和玻璃窑的蓄热室等部位。

再结合镁铬砖

半再结合镁铬砖和再结合镁铬砖都是采用电熔镁砂和电熔镁铬砂为原料,经配料、成型、煅烧而成,颗粒结合程度好,产品强度高,体积稳定性好。广泛应用于RH炉、VOD和AOD等炉外精炼装置及有色冶金炉等。

直接结合镁铬砖

直接镁铬砖以杂质含量较低的铬精矿和优质高纯镁砂为原料,经过高压成型,通过1700℃以上的高温烧结而成。高温性能好、抗侵蚀能力强,广泛应用于炼钢炉衬和有色冶金炉和水泥回转窑等。

Magnesia Chrome Brick adopts superior dead burnt magnesia and chrome concentrates as raw materials. Due to superior quality of the raw material, the brick has good performance on thermal shock resistance and high temperature resistance. It is well applied in rotatry kiln in cement industry and metallurgical furnace.

Both of two mentioned bricks adopt fused dead burnt magnesia and fused mag-chrome clinker as raw materials. Since the raw material is in superior quality, it makes the brick with higher hardness and stabilities and are well applied in RH,VOD,AOD and metallurgical furnace.

Direct Bonded Magnesia Chrome Brick adopts intermidiate dead burnt magnesia and chrome oncentrates as raw material. It has good performance on stabilities and high temperature resistance. It is well applied in steel furnace,metallurgical furnace and rotary kiln in cement industry.
