工作原理working principle:

   当线圈通电,动铁芯吸合,先导阀口处于开启状态,使主阀塞上腔降压,主阀塞因压差开启,介质流通。当线圈断电,动铁芯复位,先导阀口处于关闭状态,使主阀塞上腔升压,将主阀塞压下,电磁阀关闭.

安装维护Installation and maintenance:

1、现场安装必须按照国家防爆危险场所“电气安全规程”中有关规定进行。

2、电磁阀内外接地,必须牢固可靠。

3、电磁阀引出电缆导线为三根,其中一根为接地线,另二根为工作导线。

4、电磁阀安装前应将管路内部清洗干净。

5、电磁阀有杂质时,进口端前必须安装密度0.5mm的过滤器。

6、安装电磁阀时注意阀体上箭头要求与介质流向一致。

7、电磁阀应垂直安装,线圈在上。

8、电磁阀维修时应断电后开盖,非电器人员不得拆卸电磁阀电气部件。
